Responsibilities
  • Evaluating processes and resources to identify potential limitations in product; modifying designs to maximize client adoption and product quality.
  • Gathering internal and external feedback to identify potential new products or improvements to existing products.
  • Using tools to develop needs for new products or revisions to existing products; tracking the status of projects from inception to release.
  • Generating processes and plans to measure product quality and evaluating results to identify deficiencies; adjusting to client and business needs and requirements as needed.
  • Gain and cultivate understanding of the technical market, vendors in the space, and internal capabilities.
  • Partner with peers and other groups in RBC that do similar work to understand what additional options, processes and issues exist.
