About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Manager, People Operations to own and run the core people operations processes that support our teams as we scale. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of performance management, employee relations, investigations, and HR policy application, while also improving and standardizing how these processes operate across the company. You’ll work closely with the Director, People Operations and senior leaders to support managers through performance issues, employee concerns, and complex people decisions. This is a hands-on role that requires sound judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to bring structure and consistency to a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan and execute company-wide performance review cycles, including timelines, systems, communications, calibration, and reporting
  • Own the employee relations framework and act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive cases
  • Lead and support workplace investigations, ensuring fair, timely, and consistent outcomes
  • Develop, update, and operationalize HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure policies and processes are practical, well-documented, and consistently applied
  • Analyze engagement, performance, and employee feedback data and share insights with People leadership
  • Own the employee recognition program and drive ongoing improvements
  • Partner with Legal, People Operations, and business leaders to execute people initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with deep expertise in people operations and employee relations
  • Proven experience leading performance review cycles and handling investigations
  • Ability to operate at a senior level while remaining hands-on
  • Strong knowledge of employment standards and HR best practices
  • Clear, direct communicator with strong judgment and discretion
  • Ability to influence leaders without formal authority
  • CHRP designation preferred
Nice to Have
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations
  • Exposure to HRIS, performance management, and engagement tools
  • People leadership or mentorship experience within an HR team
