The Senior Manager leads and manages multi‑tower client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and serving as the primary point of contact for escalations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and implementing process improvements. The Senior Manager oversees the definition, monitoring, and reporting of SLAs and KPIs, proactively addressing performance gaps to foster continuous improvement. Additionally, this role manages client onboarding, risk mitigation, and governance frameworks to ensure seamless transitions and robust compliance with internal standards.
The Senior Manager ensures that all deliverables are executed in alignment with contractual and commercial frameworks, managing contract compliance, change orders, and supporting contract negotiations as required. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is a key focus, providing strategic insights to support business growth and transformation initiatives. The role also drives technology‑led transformation by leveraging automation, Lean, Six Sigma, and digital tools (such as RPA and AI) to deliver process excellence and cost optimization across global accounts.

The salary range for this position is $112,000 - $208,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
