A leading delivery service company in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team in developing key partnerships with major restaurant groups. This role involves strategic vision, people management, and cross-functional collaboration, aiming to enhance the growth of essential merchant relationships. DoorDash is scaling its Canadian business at an unprecedented rate, and we are hiring a key leader to be responsible for a post-sale pod and key merchant relationships within our wider Enterprise Post-sale and Partnerships team. You will be responsible for the strategic vision, development, and growth of our relationships and team across the largest restaurant groups in North America and product verticals. You will report to the Enterprise Restaurant Post-sale lead for DoorDash Canada. Canada is a critical piece of DoorDash’s success and has an important seat at the table, as a market that is known for innovation and ability to win.
As a Senior Manager on our Enterprise team, you will join and lead a passionate team of sales and relationship managers, as we deepen our partnerships with Canada’s most strategically important merchants. You will be responsible for a team that owns and leads the growth of a subset of our largest Enterprise Restaurant partnerships. This role is a combination of people management, senior stakeholder management on the merchant side, and hands-on problem-solving in close collaboration with our cross-functional partners and leadership.
You will play a key role in managing a team who lead the rollout of new brand partnerships, growing existing merchants (signing new products and new stores), partnering to grow business with marketing and working closely with product teams and other key internal stakeholders. You will also help to develop the strategic frameworks and operating models across the team to deliver a seamless experience to our merchant partners and post-sale team. This role is a fixed term assignment with an expected duration of 12 months

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within British Columbia.
$199,125 — $249,000 CAD
The total on-target earnings (base + commissions) for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within British Columbia.
$265,500 — $332,000 CAD
