Our client, a leader in the corporate interiors sector, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager/Director of Preconstruction to join their team. This role is crucial for overseeing the planning and execution of interior fit-out projects, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes through strategic leadership and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver compelling client presentations and pitches, building trust and fostering strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop and maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
  • Ensure projects remain within scope while managing changes effectively to meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Coordinate with trades, subcontractors, and general contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support and manage a construction management team, fostering collaboration and ensuring deliverables are met.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in preconstruction for corporate interiors and fit-outs.
  • Strong expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and estimating for project planning.
  • A design background is preferred but not required.
