This role sits at the center of Roadpost’s digital growth engine, driving measurable impact across leading brands including BlueCosmo and ZOLEO. You’ll own the e‑commerce P&L and digital revenue strategy—setting direction, leading execution through expert partners, and building scalable systems for growth. With portfolio‑level scope and executive visibility, this is your opportunity to leverage AI‑driven insights, automation, and experimentation to transform data into revenue and scale performance through modern tools and a test‑and‑learn mindset.

You’ll work closely with the CMO and peers in Marketing, and cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, IT/Engineering, and Product. You’ll lead a Website & E‑Commerce Manager and Website Specialist, while managing agency partners (Google and Amazon) against clear SLAs, creative standards, and performance guardrails.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Digital Growth Strategy Own the growth agenda across BlueCosmo and ZOLEO—setting strategy, quarterly and annual targets, and performance roadmaps. Define revenue, ROAS, CAC/LTV, and conversion goals; lead variance reviews and corrective actions. Shape paid media and attribution strategy while agencies manage daily execution. Govern lifecycle marketing and SEO/CRO priorities, guiding UX, merchandising, and loyalty initiatives. Embed AI‑powered analytics, automation, and personalization to drive smarter decisions and faster execution.
  • Drive High‑ROI Acquisition & Retention Lead the integrated campaign calendar across paid, lifecycle, marketplaces, and partner programs. Oversee experimentation and creative testing—scaling what wins. Evaluate emerging channels and technologies, green‑lighting pilots with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
  • Own E‑Commerce Performance Take full ownership of e‑commerce P&L for each brand—setting quotas, margin guardrails, and promo calendars. Hold partners accountable to ROI, SLAs, and site quality. Collaborate across teams to align forecasts, inventory, and launches. Champion automation and AI‑assisted merchandising and pricing experiments.
  • Uplevel Analytics & Operating Cadence Oversee analytics architecture and taxonomy across GA4, GTM, and visualization platforms. Approve tracking frameworks and dashboards for performance visibility. Run a disciplined operating rhythm—QBRs, monthly forecasts, and weekly standups—powered by AI‑driven reporting and predictive insights.
What You Bring
  • Proven Digital Growth Expertise 8+ years driving measurable e‑commerce and digital marketing performance, with full ownership of revenue goals and multi‑channel growth across paid, organic, and lifecycle programs.
  • Platform Mastery Deep fluency across GA4, GSC, GTM, Google Ads, Bing, Amazon Ads, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and e‑commerce platforms like BigCommerce, Magento/Adobe Commerce, HubSpot, and Vercel. Skilled in analytics and BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau), SEO/CRO platforms (SEMrush, Moz, Hotjar), and creative systems (Prismic, Adobe CC).
  • Analytical & Strategic Rigor Exceptional quantitative skills and business acumen; translates complex data into clear decisions, action plans, and ROI.
