A leading financial institution in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Insight Analytics, to enhance client experiences through advanced analytics. This role includes providing analytical leadership, collaborating on data acquisition, and defining reporting standards. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in analytics, proficiency in tools like Python and Google Analytics, and a BA/BSc in a relevant quantitative field. In this role of Senior Manager, Data Insight Analytics, you will provide leadership and support in using analytics, including advanced analytics and statistical models, to generate actionable insights, automate business actions, and improve the speed and quality of decisions acrossDigital teams at RBC.
You will work with Digital Channels and Products for personal and business clients including Mobile, Online Banking, Direct Investing, NOMI and RBC Rewards. You will structure, curate and complete analyses, develop net new data assets and model data that will enable data-driven decisions.
