Job summary

A leading healthcare organization in Riverview is seeking a Mammography Technologist II to perform mammography procedures under a Radiologist’s direction. This role requires a graduate of a 2-year radiologic technology program and valid licenses including CRT and ARRT. The technologist will explain procedures to patients, process radiologic images, and ensure quality exams. Qualifications

• Current and valid Florida State License (CRT).
• Current and valid Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) registry and Mammography (M) registry.
• Basic Life Support BLS through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography procedures under the direction of a Radiologist.
• Process radiologic digital images and examine for quality.
• Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxieties.

Education
