Overview
We are currently requesting resumes for the position: Senior HRSD System Admin. Job ID: 24-040, 500-1948. Number of Vacancies: 1. Level: Band H (Senior). Duration: 12 months. Hours of work: 35. Location: 1600 Stellar Drive (100% remote).
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications, including:
- HR Case Management
- HR Knowledge Management
- Employee Service Center (Portal)
- Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)
- Employee Document Management
- Performance Analytics for HR
- Participate in requirements discussions
- Coordinate with HRIT System Administrator and Platform Administrator to assist with ServiceNow patches and when the patches are applied to instances
- Design, configure, and customize new HR applications and HR Service processes
- Develop UI forms, fields, notifications, and workflows
- Create new HR service catalog requests and items with variables
- Identify and define business solutions for all HR users, aiding in translating HR business requirements into technical requirements
- Provide ServiceNow HR configuration, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, and report setup
- Build reports, gauges, and home pages
- Search, populate, and customize the HR knowledge base
- Maintain service level agreements (SLA) and monitor SLA workflows
- Participate in all phases of testing and go-live activities
- Maintain the configuration and updates to the HR platform once the system is live, in partnership with the Platform Administrator
Qualifications
Skills
- 5+ years’ experience implementing, configuring and customizing ServiceNow
- 5+ years’ experience with HR Service Management and related tools
- Integration exposure with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Knowledge of related HR systems and their functions
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions
