A major financial institution in Toronto is seeking a Senior HRBP to provide strategic advice and consultancy related to talent management and organizational design. This role requires collaboration with senior leaders to drive key outcomes in HR function and support workforce management initiatives. As a Senior HRBP supporting Commercial Banking, for COO, Commercial Credit & RBC Origins, you will provide strategic advice and counsel to Commercial Banking Operating Committee (OC) members and their Senior Leadership teams on all aspects of talent including talent management, organizational design, change management, workforce management, culture and inclusion, leadership and employee development, performance management and rewards and recognition. You will report to the VP, HR, Commercial Banking.
