A leading food safety company is seeking a Senior Global Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for its Neo-Pure system. This role requires a strong network and sales experience in the spice industry, focusing on generating leads and building financial business cases. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of sales experience and a proven ability to exceed sales targets. This position offers competitive compensation, including a base salary of $135,000 and OTE of approximately $165,000, with significant travel required.
Agri‑Neo’s mission is to help safely feed the world. The company is setting new food safety standards through treatments designed for many foods. Its first product line, Neo‑Pure, leverages proprietary technology using liquid formulas and systems that apply solutions onto spices, seeds, herbs, and nuts in food processing facilities. These solutions control pathogens such as Salmonella and other quality indicator microorganisms (TPC, coliforms, etc.) to ensure food is safe to eat and to prevent recalls.
Agri‑Neo serves customers around the world (North America, Latin America, South America, China, Egypt, etc.), including large mainstream food processors that treat food continuously at high throughputs. The company has also built a pipeline of pathogen and microbial control products expected to launch in additional food categories, including fruits and vegetables (frozen and fresh) and powders. As Agri‑Neo scales deployments at mainstream customer sites, it aims to set new food safety and food quality standards.
The Senior Global Sales Manager will lead the full sales cycle to close Neo‑Pure system sales globally. This individual brings a strong network and a proven track record of success selling technical products and/or services into the spices and dehydrated vegetables industry.
The role is responsible for generating leads, developing and qualifying prospects, managing the due diligence process for each deal, and negotiating and closing Neo‑Pure system sales. The Senior Global Sales Manager will proactively identify new leads through research, and by attending conferences, tradeshows, and networking events.
This role works cross-functionally with teams such as Sciences and Engineering to assemble compelling materials to address customer inquiries during the due diligence process. The successful candidate will build strong financial business cases for prospects, clearly outlining economics and ROI, and will lead negotiations and contracting activities to close Neo‑Pure system sales. The Senior Global Sales Manager will develop a deep understanding of Agri‑Neo’s products and demonstrate how they work in both in-person and virtual meetings.
This role offers a competitive total compensation package with a strong performance incentive structure.
Final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
