About Our Client

Agri‑Neo’s mission is to help safely feed the world. The company is setting new food safety standards through treatments designed for many foods. Its first product line, Neo‑Pure, leverages proprietary technology using liquid formulas and systems that apply solutions onto spices, seeds, herbs, and nuts in food processing facilities. These solutions control pathogens such as Salmonella and other quality indicator microorganisms (TPC, coliforms, etc.) to ensure food is safe to eat and to prevent recalls.

Agri‑Neo serves customers around the world (North America, Latin America, South America, China, Egypt, etc.), including large mainstream food processors that treat food continuously at high throughputs. The company has also built a pipeline of pathogen and microbial control products expected to launch in additional food categories, including fruits and vegetables (frozen and fresh) and powders. As Agri‑Neo scales deployments at mainstream customer sites, it aims to set new food safety and food quality standards.

Position Summary

The Senior Global Sales Manager will lead the full sales cycle to close Neo‑Pure system sales globally. This individual brings a strong network and a proven track record of success selling technical products and/or services into the spices and dehydrated vegetables industry.

The role is responsible for generating leads, developing and qualifying prospects, managing the due diligence process for each deal, and negotiating and closing Neo‑Pure system sales. The Senior Global Sales Manager will proactively identify new leads through research, and by attending conferences, tradeshows, and networking events.

This role works cross-functionally with teams such as Sciences and Engineering to assemble compelling materials to address customer inquiries during the due diligence process. The successful candidate will build strong financial business cases for prospects, clearly outlining economics and ROI, and will lead negotiations and contracting activities to close Neo‑Pure system sales. The Senior Global Sales Manager will develop a deep understanding of Agri‑Neo’s products and demonstrate how they work in both in-person and virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets and business goals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities. Coordinate actions to connect and engage with new leads.
  • Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities by acting as a thought leader, driving market awareness, and establishing relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Actively reach out to leads by networking, cold calling, meetings, or other means of generating interest from potential customers that successfully convert into system sales.
  • Create and present a strong value proposition through sales proposals and product demonstrations.
  • Qualify leads to prospects based on required qualifying criteria.
  • Consult with cross-functional teams to build a strong business case and answer objections.
  • Lead negotiations and contracting activities to close Neo‑Pure system sales.
  • Update records of lead & customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Assess market trends and competitor/industry activities.
Compensation & Incentives

This role offers a competitive total compensation package with a strong performance incentive structure.

  • On-target first year earnings (OTE): ~$165,000 (base + variable, at target performance)
  • Base salary: $135,000
  • Variable compensation: Performance bonus and commission tied to achievement of sales objectives

Final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent, with a strong technical background
  • 10+ years of sales experience in technical or industrial equipment, including 5+ years selling into the spice industry (mandatory)
  • Proven track record of sales achievement in a relevant market, including leading complex, high-value sales opportunities
  • Strong “hunter” mindset, motivated to win new business
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in sales or customer relations
  • Strong technical acumen with curiosity and the ability to quickly understand food safety technology
  • Confident relationship builder, comfortable engaging new people and organization
  • Valid passport and driver’s license (international travel required)
  • Ability to travel 50%+
