Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 1:10 general on call rota for acute emergency general surgery service.
• Contribute to research, undergraduate education and management roles.
• Work within the multidisciplinary general surgery team under Consultant Surgeons.

Skills

Full GMC Registration with a licence to practice

Advanced Life Support Certificate

Current ATLS provider registration

Competencies equivalent to minimum level 3 of ST3

Evidence of managerial skills

Interest and commitment to teaching

Evidence of participation in audit
