Senior Financial Controller

We are seeking a Senior Financial Controller to lead our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in accounting and finance, with significant experience in senior roles. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and driving overall financial performance to support our business's continued growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial updates and strategic recommendations to the CEO, based on thorough analysis and reporting of key financial data.
• Develop, implement, and enforce financial controls, policies, and procedures that ensure strong internal safeguards and protect company assets.
• Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering accurate forecasts through detailed financial planning, analysis, and corrective actions when needed.
• Drive payroll process efficiencies through the implementation of innovative systems and procedures.
• Support and guide long-term and short-term business strategies by providing financial insights and operational forecasts.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls for revenue, expenses, and organizational budgets, ensuring compliance and financial stability.
• Collaborate with the CEO to set and monitor financial benchmarks, KPIs, budgets, and reporting standards.
• Ensure the company adheres to all accounting regulations, staying updated on legislative changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks, fostering a culture of compliance and best practices throughout the organization.
• Lead the coordination and preparation for external audits, ensuring financial statements are accurate, and audit-ready.
