About the Opportunity

• Lead and support finance-related projects, including system testing and data validation, to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements for systems and reporting.
• Perform detailed financial analysis (e.g., variance and trend analysis, key performance metrics) to generate insights that support decision-making.
• Provide ad-hoc research and analysis to support senior management and assist with periodic financial reporting and other related tasks as needed.

About You

• Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA) or equivalent, with 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and/or financial reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience working with mid-to-large scale ERP or financial systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of adapting to new technology and processes, with a continuous improvement mindset; experience in a regulated or complex industry is an asset.

Pay Rate

$45.00 / Hour
