Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering for power generation facilities.
  • Demonstrated experience with CEC and NEC standards.
  • Experience in both greenfield and brownfield power generation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to electrical engineering design for thermal power generation projects.
  • Support and deliver OE consulting services for client projects.
  • Perform and lead electrical system studies.

Skills

Electrical system modeling and analysis tools (e.g., ETAP, SKM, EasyPower)
Strong technical knowledge of power island equipment
Leadership and mentorship skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.)

Tools

Proficient in ETAP
Knowledge of CEC and NEC standards
