Currently, Johnston Builders has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Construction Project Manager based in St. Albert, Alberta, with occasional travel (approximately 10%) to project sites across Western and Northern Canada.
In this senior leadership role, you will report to the Regional Director and provide end-to-end project oversight, working closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to lead complex commercial and light industrial construction projects from award through to successful completion.
Some of your key responsibilities within this role will include:
To qualify, you will need extensive senior-level project management experience in commercial construction and a strong working knowledge of design-build and construction management delivery models. A minimum of 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, including 10+ years in a Project Manager role with at least 5 years leading large-scale projects valued at $20M+, will be essential. A valid Class 5 driver\'s license and a reliable vehicle are required.
