As our Senior Client Services Specialist, you’ll manage complex portfolios that include board and committee governance, certification and accreditation programs, membership growth strategies, and high-level client project – even stepping into Executive Director responsibilities. Reporting to the Team Lead, Client Services, your work will directly shape client success, strengthen community connections, and support the long-term impact of the organizations we serve. Compensation: We believe in fair, transparent, and growth-focused compensation. Our salary bands are designed to ensure equity across roles, with most new hires starting at the lower end to allow room for development and progression. Strong, seasoned candidates may start higher within the band.
Starting salary: $70,000 (Full salary band: $70,000 - $84,000).
