Qualifications

  • Have a CPA certification.
  • Be enrolled in or pursuing a specialist designation.
  • 1-3 years of experience in public practice is an asset.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of sell-side and buy-side engagements.
  • Prepare complex financial models.
  • Conduct detailed industry research.
  • Assist in the preparation of confidential information memorandums.
