• 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Experience documenting financial processes and internal controls in a SOX or similar compliance environment.
• Experience working with media and/or technology infrastructure companies a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close and consolidation process.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and year-end financial statements.
• Perform technical accounting research for new transactions.
• Investigate discrepancies in financial entries and reports.
• Participate in SOX compliance activities.

Skills

Knowledge of QuickBooks Online

Knowledge of IFRS

Technical competence using Microsoft Office

Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing

Highly motivated and detail oriented

Education

Working towards or completed accounting designation (CPA)
