As a Senior Accountant, Cloud Accounting Services (Senior Bookkeeper)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reconcile data from 3rd party applications such as Dext, Wagepoint, Plooto, etc.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements in QuickBooks Online
  • Reconcile and review sales data
  • Review accounts receivable/accounts payable and process using 3rd party applications
  • Reconcile Monthly Vendor Statements
  • Review payroll time entries and process payroll
  • Run GST/HST/PST reports, review audit trail and file reports with CRA
  • Prepare T4 returns
  • Set up client files, assist with the completion of budgets and complete administrative planning and other aspects of cloud Bookkeepingwork
  • Perform/assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes
  • Experience with prepaids, amortization and intercompany transactions preferred
  • Perform basic financial analysis
  • Prepare basic analytical reports and cash flow statements
  • Participate in client discovery calls
  • Collaborate with clients on a regular basis
  • Train and mentor junior colleagues

Qualifications

To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $ 63 , 5 00–$ 68 ,000 in Prince George . If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
