The SEM Manager will play a hands‑on role in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, Amazon, Walmart. This role involves end‑to‑end campaign execution—from planning and setup to performance tracking and reporting—and requires a strong understanding of search strategy, audience behaviour, and platform best practices. A solid grasp of Google Analytics, digital measurement, and the online user journey is essential. Success in this role depends on attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
The SEM Manager is a data driven, insights‑led media strategist and platform expert with hands‑on analytics reporting and management experience. The best candidate for this role is a natural collaborator, with strong presentation, organizational and strategic thinking skills. A strong comprehension of the media landscape, and a proactive nature combined with a high level of attention to detail is important. This role will work across multiple US accounts in the CPG, Retail and Health/Fitness space & will balance the expectations of multiple clients at once.
