Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customers to return.
• Support leadership and help run the store when the Manager is unavailable.
• Drive sales by increasing key KPIs: UPT and ADT.
• Maintain the sales floor and assist with visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and manage the register.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates as needed.
