This seasonal role requires great problem-solving and communication skills and involves working varied shifts. Compensation is $21 to $23 hourly depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of quality assurance/production experience in soft fruit export.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Spanish is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing food safety and quality control procedures.

• Oversee production to meet quality standards.
