We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated practitioner with initiative and drive who is keen to contribute to the further development of our service. We work in close collaboration with Children Centres as well as other agencies to improve outcomes and reduce health inequalities for children, young people and their families in our borough.

Main duties of the job

For newly qualified practitioners, we have a Preceptorship Programme in place to aid your development. The successful candidate will work to ensure health equalities for children and families across Redbridge including those on universal and targeted caseloads. Duties include undertaking mandated contacts according to the Healthy Child Programme, supporting the safeguarding agenda and taking on supervision of colleagues and students.
