Purpose and Objectives

SAP SuccessFactors is seeking a Functional Consultant to join our team and provide consultant‑level expertise to support the outcome‑based goals of our cloud customers. The Functional Consultant will play a crucial role in delivering tailored adoption recommendation services.

Responsibilities

• Remotely deliver 1:1 adoption and consumption‑focused services and workshops across the SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for your area(s) and develop exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering.

Requirements

• Associate Certification in at least one of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite modules (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development, and/or Compensation & Variable Pay) and HCM Platform.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with technical and non‑technical colleagues and customers. Additional languages are an advantage.
• University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field, or other comparable experience.

Please note that this position does not include a relocation package.
