Job summary

A leading technical consulting firm in Canada seeks a Workforce Software Consultant. You will provide daily support for Workforce Software systems, manage enhancement requests, and work on projects as required. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience, holds a WFS certification, and is proficient in using Workforce formula language, Crystal Reports, SQL, and JavaScript. This role is based in Regina, Division No. 6.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance.
• Certified in WFS functional, configuration, integration and reporting practices.
• Hands on experience in bank accruals, premiums, TCPs, and Policy Editor configurations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support of systems.
• Handle enhancement requests and project work as required.
• Resolve incidents and enhance services.

Description: Workforce Software Consultant providing day to day support of systems, enhancement requests and projects work when required.

Mandatory Education/ Certifications:

• Post secondary education in support of computer technology.
• WFS Certification, with provisioning access.

Mandatory Experience:

• Work experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance for more than 5 years.
• Certified in WFS functional, configuration, integration and reporting practices.
• Should be an expert in using Workforce formula Language, Crystal Reports, SQL and JavaScript.
• Good knowledge of Time management and HCM Process.
• Hands on experience in bank accruals, premiums, TCPs and Policy Editor configurations.
• In depth knowledge of WFS Integration processes including Scheduled Scripts and Web Services.
• Experienced in developing custom reports based on requirements and ability to debug and adjust as needed.
