The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to serve as the functional lead for our Salesforce org. This role owns the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the platform, and works closely with other Salesforce team members in similar roles. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading with Flow and relies on standard Salesforce functionality over custom code.

Responsibilities
  • Process Automation: Design, build, and maintain complex automated solutions using Salesforce Flow Builder.
  • Data & Analytics: Manage data imports and deduplication while building advanced reporting and dashboards to provide business visibility.
  • Security & Governance: Maintain the platform’s security integrity, including the sharing model, profiles, and permission sets.
  • User Support & Enablement: Act as the primary support contact, managing the ticket queue and conducting training for new features.
Education
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform App Builder.
Requirements
  • 4+ years as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, and permission sets
  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools, with expert-level proficiency in Flow and Lightning Experience
  • Proven ability to maintain data quality, manage imports and deduplication, and build advanced reports and dashboards
  • Hands-on experience with sandbox strategies and DevOps/deployment tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, or Change Sets)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
