Commission Wage Structure (Earning Potential of $100,000+ Annually!)

Up to your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.

• Dive into engaging conversations with customers, either in‑person or electronically, to truly understand needs, preferences, and budget.
• Showcase an impressive range of vehicle makes and models, highlighting features and benefits.
• Guide customers through the selection process, helping them find the perfect vehicle to match their requirements.
• Elevate the customer car‑buying experience with test‑drives and detailed product demonstrations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring satisfaction beyond the sale.
• Fulfill other duties as required by managers, contributing to the overall success of Steele Ford.
