Our client is a Canadian pharmaceutical company specializing in the distribution of generic drugs, over-the-counter products, and biosimilars. They are currently seeking a Sales Representative – Generic Pharmaceuticals. EASTERN QUEBEC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the business strategy for the assigned territory.
  • Analyze territorial data to adjust approaches and maximize performance.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients (pharmacies) while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Promote new product launches and lead negotiations for their placement.
  • Present value-added initiatives (e.g., training sessions, in-pharmacy visibility programs, etc.).
  • Record daily field insights and market intelligence in the CRM system.

Skills and qualifications :

  • Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience in the retail pharmacy sector (experience in other relevant fields will also be considered).
  • University degree required.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and product promotion techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven negotiation abilities.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French; a good command of English is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to actively listen, analyze client needs, and identify business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
