Job description

NOV is seeking a drivenSales Representative to support the launch and growth of our Coil Tubing Milling Services business in Western Canada (Montney, Duvernay, and surrounding basins). This role focuses on building customer relationships, expanding market share, and driving revenue growth for NOV’s TerraTECH Milling Service, including CoilFUSE split-string milling.

The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a strong network in Canadian upstream oil & gas, specifically in coiled tubing, completions, and intervention services. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and field service teams to ensure NOV delivers safe, reliable, and high-performance milling solutions to our customer base.

Job Duties
Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for Coil Tubing Milling Services across Western Canada (Montney, Duvernay, Deep Basin, etc.).
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with E&P operators.
  • Promote NOV’s TerraTECH tool suite (TerraDrill motors, TerraPulse agitators, TerraFORCE jars, CoilFUSE technology, etc.) to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and commercial bids tailored to customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements in alignment with NOV’s commercial policies.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts in Canada, ensuring consistent communication and support.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and customer requirements.
  • Partner with field operations to ensure successful execution of jobs and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-job reviews with customers to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for improvement.
Market Growth & Strategy
  • Provide input to marketing and business development teams on Canadian basin trends and customer priorities.
  • Work with applications engineering to develop customer-specific milling programs, BHA optimization, and hydraulic modeling support.
  • Report regularly on sales pipeline, forecast, and market opportunities to management.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience in oilfield services related to coiled tubing, completions, or intervention tools.
  • Strong knowledge of milling, fishing, well intervention and cleanout services.
  • Established customer network in Calgary and Western Canada operators.
  • Technical aptitude to understand downhole tools and intervention programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites, field operations, and relevant trade shows across Canada.
