Company Description

This is an exciting new role with an industry-leading food company which manufactures and supplies their product range globally. We are a growing company dedicated to the production and export of dry sea cucumber, premium health supplements, including seal oil, omega-3 capsules, and natural marine-based nutraceuticals. We serve both local and international markets, emphasizing quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and culturally aware Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and experience working with international or multicultural clients. A deep understanding of health supplement products and their consumer appeal in Asian or overseas markets will be considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily sales operations, including customer outreach, order coordination, and follow-ups
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (logistics, inventory, admin)
  • Support product promotion, sampling, and marketing events when necessary
  • Coordinate client visits and prepare product pickup or delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate sales records and contribute to sales strategy discussions

Qualifications

  • Native-level English fluency is required (written and verbal)
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in health or wellness products
  • Familiarity with Asian business culture or experience working with international clients is a strong asset
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed-term contract

Pay: CA$45,000.00-CA$52,000.00 per year
