What You’ll Do
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads from intake to follow‑up.

  • Deliver an excellent first impression via phone, email, and online chat.

  • Work closely with sales and marketing to assign, track, and optimize leads.

  • Use CRM tools to monitor pipeline activity and strengthen conversion performance.

  • Support outbound prospecting and marketing campaigns.

  • Maintain used equipment listings across company and third‑party platforms.

What You Bring
  • 2+ years in lead coordination, inside sales, or sales/marketing support.

  • Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).

  • Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • A proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

  • Marketing or Business education is an asset.
