A leading retirement solutions provider in Canada is looking for a Sales & Growth Associate to help expand access to better retirement outcomes. This role involves working closely with Account Executives and supporting the sales team. Responsibilities include closing deals, maintaining sales assets, and collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate is early in their sales career, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about sales operations. Competitive compensation and strong growth opportunities are offered.
This role is open to candidates based anywhere in Canada. While we are considering applicants from across the country, we have a strong preference for candidates located within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to support periodic in-office collaboration.

We’relooking for aSales & GrowthAssociateto support the continued scaling of our Sales team. This is a generalist, early-career roledesigned for someone who wants hands-on exposure to sales, while also helping improve how our sales organizationoperates.
Reporting into the Director of Sales, Eastern Canada, you’llwork closely with Account Executives, Sales leadership, Marketing, Client Success, and Revenue Operations to help close deals, learn from our pipeline, and continuously improve our go-to-market effectiveness. This role offers meaningful ownership, realcustomer exposure, and multiple paths for growth atCommon Wealth.
Close a subset of deals generated through our advisor network, particularly those supported by existing Account Executives
Support Account Executives with deal preparation, follow-ups, and pipeline progression
Participate in sales calls, demos, and deal reviews to build hands-on sales experience
Own andmaintaincore sales assets, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and templates
Identifygaps in sales enablement materials and work cross-functionally to improve them
Partner with Sales leadership to analyze wins, losses, and pipeline trends
Help improve how we use HubSpot through reporting, benchmarking, and sales analytics
Use data to surface insights that improve deal quality, efficiency, and advisor experience
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Client Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to support aligned go-to-market execution
Early in your sales or go-to-market career, with strong curiosity about how high-performing sales teams operate
Comfortable balancing execution (closing deals) with analytical and operational work
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thoughtful about process and quality
Data-literate and excited to learn tools like HubSpot deeply
A clear, proactive communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
Motivated by learning, ownership, and long-term growth
