If so, this Sales Executive opportunity could be your ideal next step!

Our client, a trusted Contract Packaging company with a focus on Health, Wellness, Nutraceutical, Dietary Supplements, Food & Beverage, and Beauty brands is looking to hire a Sales Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The company is headquartered in Los Angeles, CA , and the role can be done Remotely , with domestic travel for customer visits, trade shows, and events.

Reporting to the CEO, the Sales Executive will drive new customer acquisition, deliver value-added solutions, and partner closely with Operations, Account Management, and Quality teams to meet the unique needs of emerging brands.

Key Responsibilities :

Pipeline Development & Customer Acquisition

  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Identify and contact decision-makers at target companies in health, wellness, food, and nutraceutical sectors.
  • Conduct sales outreach through cold calls, referrals, LinkedIn, events, and email campaigns.
  • Lead discovery calls and meetings, presenting WPIA’s services with a focus on customized solutions.

Customer Engagement & Collaboration

  • Host potential customers at Company facilities for tours and capability discussions.
  • Travel to customer sites for discovery meetings, relationship development, and solution presentations.
  • Attend relevant trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate new leads.
  • Partner with Customer Experience, Product Development, Finance and Operations to deliver tailored proposals and transition new customers successfully.
  • Sales Execution & Reporting

  • Support proposal development and quoting process, ensuring pricing aligns with margin and operational goals.
  • Maintain updated records in CRM systems and report on funnel status, opportunity stages, and forecast.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and internal team to ensure alignment with strategic goals and divisional revenue targets.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within contract packaging, contract manufacturing, or health & wellness industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of generating new business and closing mid-to-large accounts.
  • Experience in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.

  • Compensation :

  • 100,000 - $200,000K annually (base salary plus commission; total compensation may exceed this range for top performers)
