We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to accelerate new business growth within the IT solutions and Customer Communication Management (CCM) space. This role focuses on lead generation, enterprise account acquisition, and building long-term relationships with organizations that outsource printing, document management, and CCM services.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with printing companies, in-plant facilities, and outsourced print service providers.
- Engage with banks, insurance firms, healthcare organizations, and large enterprises that outsource print and Customer Communication Management (CCM) services.
- Schedule client meetings, open new accounts, and seamlessly transition closed deals to delivery and technical teams.
- Understand customer requirements and propose customized CCM and IT solutions.
- Manage sales pipelines, leads, and activities using CRM tools such as Zoho or equivalent platforms.
- Represent the organization at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events across international markets (USA, Europe, and Canada).
- Execute timely email communications and follow-ups to advance sales opportunities.
- Own assigned territories and accounts while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in enterprise sales involving software, IT services, printing solutions, or CCM products.
- Strong understanding of the printing ecosystem, CCM platforms, or document management solutions.
- Established industry network with printing companies, in-plants, and outsourced service providers.
- Demonstrated success in new business development and closing high-value enterprise deals.
- Experience engaging with BFSI, insurance, healthcare, and large enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Valid passport with willingness to travel internationally (USA, Europe, Canada).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to provide professional references from prior roles.
