Job description

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Partner Firm, OSI (Organizational Solutions Inc.). The Sales Executive is responsible for sourcing, educating, and nurturing prospective clients, ultimately securing their business to increase sales and revenue.

The Sales Executive will:

  1. Acquire new clients and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
  2. Develop extensive company and industry knowledge through OSI learning and development
  3. Keep current prospect list up to date and execute account management strategies to foster new relationships
  4. Ensure CRM is fully up to date daily
  5. Participate in sales, networking initiatives, tradeshows, and industry events as required
  6. Participate in annual sales and marketing strategic planning sessions
  7. Develop new business relationships to expand market presence (direct and brokers)
  8. Respond to RFPs with Marketing support, develop pricing strategies, and deliver proposals
  9. Coordinate and assist in delivering presentations and negotiate client contracts
  10. Expand services within existing clients through account management
  11. Network in key communities, e.g., Human Resources, monthly
  12. Work with Marketing on sales campaigns, including hosting events
  13. Coordinate deployment of client programs and implementations
  14. Provide sales-to-operations transition assistance
  15. Design and deliver sales seminars with Marketing support
  16. Share success strategies in sales meetings and participate in team feedback
  17. Collaborate with Operations and IT as needed

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
  • 5-8 years of sales experience
  • Experience selling Disability Management, Health & Wellness, EAP, or HR services (asset)
  • Strong skills in sourcing leads, cold calling, building relationships, presenting, and closing sales
  • Experience selling to C-Suite
  • CRM proficiency (asset)
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Bilingual in English and French (asset)
  • Existing network of HR and C-Suite contacts
