We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Partner Firm OSI (Organizational Solutions Inc.). The Sales Executive is responsible for sourcing, educating and nurturing prospective clients ultimately securing their business to increase sales and revenue.

Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients and meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Develop extensive company and industry knowledge through OSI learning and development.
- Keep the prospect list up to date and execute account management strategies to foster new relationships.
- Ensure CRM is fully up to date on a daily basis.
- Participate in sales and networking initiatives, tradeshows and other industry events as required throughout the sales year.
- Participate in annual sales/marketing strategic planning sessions.
- Develop new business relationships to expand market presence (direct and brokers) on a daily basis.
- Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) with Marketing support, review RFPs, and develop pricing strategies.
- Deliver prompt proposals to prospects and brokers; coordinate and assist in delivering winning finalist presentations to prospects and negotiate client contracts; review LOA prior to client delivery.
- Expand the services of existing clients through account management strategies.
- Network in key target communities (e.g., Human Resources) on a monthly basis.
- Work with Marketing to develop sales campaigns, including hosting broker and industry events and networking to build visibility on a quarterly basis.
- Coordinate deployment of client programs and implementations.
- Provide accurate sales-to-ops transition assistance to ensure understanding of the client.
- Design and deliver sales seminars with support from the Marketing team.
- Share success strategies with the team on regular sales huddles and participate in regular sales and marketing meetings.
- Work as part of the team providing feedback to Operations and IT as requested.

- The ability to implement strategies and key initiatives to secure new business.
- Key strengths in networking and building relationships with customers and decision makers with confidence.
- 3–5 years of previous B2B sales experience.
- 5–8 years of previous experience in sales.
- Experience selling Disability Management, Health and Wellness, EAP, or other HR services is a strong asset.
- Business skills related to sourcing new leads, including cold calling and building a strong sales funnel; experience selling to C-Suite level connections; strong CRM experience is an asset; strong computer software skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
- Previously established network of Human Resources professionals and C-Suite level connections.
