Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in the sales process. Partnering with Account Executives, you will act as the technical and product expert in customer conversations. The Sales Engineer will deliver engaging demonstrations, translate business requirements into tailored solutions, and help prospects understand the value we bring to their firm. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical acumen with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Executives to support the full sales cycle, from discovery through to close.
  • Lead tailored product demonstrations that address customer pain points and business objectives.
  • Participate in discovery sessions to understand client requirements, workflows, and technical environments.
  • Provide consultative input on solution design, implementation approaches, and integration options.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and client technical questions.
  • Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on client needs and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on platform, competitive landscape, and broader legal tech ecosystem.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, showcasing how our products can drive business development outcomes.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Pre-Sales role in SaaS.
  • Background in legal technology, CRM, or enterprise SaaS strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, integrations, and API concepts.
  • Excellent presentation skills – comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders at law firms (partners, CMOs, CIOs).
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative skills with the ability to link technology features to business value.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
