We are looking for a driven, curious, and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team. Reporting to the Senior Team Lead, Sales, this role is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your sales career, contribute directly to revenue growth, and help childcare owners and directors solve real business challenges.
As the first line of communication with potential customers, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and setting up Account Executives (AEs) for success. You will help shape how Lillio is perceived in the market while learning the ins and outs of the sales process in a high‑growth, mission‑driven environment.
$50,000 - $85,000 a year
