  • Prepare quotations and system evaluation agreements.
  • Liaise between Sales and various departments to ensure timely processing of quotations.
  • Coordinate customer visits at all stages of the process.
  • Log daily/weekly/monthly Sales activity.

Job description

The Sales Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact and administrative support for the Sales team. This role is essential in managing and streamlining all sales‑related administrative tasks, including the preparation of reports, customer documentation, and other sales materials.

A core responsibility of the Sales Coordinator role is to generate accurate and timely quotes. This involves collaborating closely with multiple departments—such as Sales, Inside Sales, Solutions, and R&D—to gather customer requirements and ensure that all quotes are completed and submitted by their respective deadlines.

Description
  • Provide administrative support to a team of regional Sales Representatives
  • Prepare quotations and system evaluation agreements
  • Liaise between Sales and various departments to coordinate questions, provide status updates, and ensure timely processing and turnaround of quotations
  • Coordinate new sales initiatives/campaigns by researching, preparing and distributing data to Sales
  • Coordinate updates to company database by maintaining project notes, and training staff on new applications
  • Update and maintain contact data/information in database
  • Coordinate customer visits at all stages of the process (incl. preparing agendas, confirming personnel availability, scheduling meetings, ordering/setting up/cleaning up food etc.)
  • Log daily/weekly/monthly Sales activity
  • Prepare reports and customer documentation (e.g., letters, manuals, commercial policies)
  • Provide back up support for Reception as required by answering/transferring incoming calls, sorting/distributing mail etc.
  • Other duties as required
Qualifications
