Responsibilities

  • Use a consultative approach to identify client needs and convert inquiries into service agreements.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and community engagement activities to grow market presence.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Lead initial consultations with prospective clients and families.
  • Ensure an excellent client experience from onboarding through follow-up.
  • Marketing & Growth
  • Execute local marketing strategies and participate in networking events.
  • Represent the organization at community events and industry functions.
  • Reporting & Collaboration
  • Track activities and performance in CRM.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Who You Are
  • Energetic and goal-driven, with proven success in sales or business development.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools.
  • Passionate about making a positive impact on seniors and their families.
Requirements
  • Must have your own vehicle (with business insurance coverage); mileage reimbursement provided.
  • Open to driving regularly within your assigned region to meet clients and prospects.
  • Post-secondary education in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or senior care industry preferred.
  • Ability to work some weekends.
Why Join Us?
  • Competitive compensation package, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
