A national housebuilder in Peterborough is seeking a Sales Adviser to assist customers in finding their dream homes and provide exemplary customer service. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a resilient attitude towards achieving sales targets. Benefits include a competitive bonus scheme, private medical cover, and more. Our Sales Advisers help customers find their dream home and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
You would need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to build rapport with customers to understand their needs and requirements. These would need to include listening skills, questioning skills, empathy, product demonstration and closing skills.
