About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound B2B Sales Representative to sell our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for technology sales, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the SaaS or technology sector. You will proactively reach out to businesses, present software solutions, and drive subscription revenue growth.

Base Salary: $50,000/year + commissions

This position is required to be on-site.

Position Details
  • Position Status: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Location: Calgary, AB (NE)
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to generate new business for our SaaS products.
  • Identify and qualify potential business clients and decision-makers.
  • Present, promote, and sell SaaS solutions to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct product demos and explain technical features in a clear, compelling way.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports while also maintaining CRM data accurately.
  • Collaborate with customer success and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B sales (outbound preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
