Requirements

• Minimum of 2-years exposure to the construction (roofing and/or siding) industry
• The required certification (where applicable), and current knowledge of WCB/OSHA regulations
• Experience in dealing with customers over collection, workmanship and service issues
• Time management/ priority management skills
• Ability to work evening and weekends if necessary
• Demonstrated commitment to honest and ethical business practices
• Ability to travel out of town when required for installation
• Positive outlook and takes pride in accomplishments
• Ability to collect payment from clients and send to Installation Manager
• Have own reliable vehicle
• Have own basic hand tools
