Job description

We're hiring a Roofer to support commercial, industrial, and institutional flat roofing projects. This is a hands‑on field role focused on installation, repair, and safe execution of roofing systems across multiple job sites.

What You’ll Do

• Install and repair metal and flat roofing systems using hand and power tools
• Work on shingled roofs, modified roofing systems, and single‑ply membrane systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Erect and work from scaffolding, platforms, and other access systems
• Perform roofing work at heights in outdoor, physically demanding environments
• Maintain jobsite safety and follow all safety procedures

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in roofing construction
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or institutional roofing preferred
• Ability to work at heights in noisy, dusty, and potentially hazardous conditions
• Strong hand‑eye coordination and ability to handle heavy materials (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs)
• Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Must have own transportation
• Must have steel‑toed safety boots
• English proficiency required
