Experience & Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. General retail roles that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, etc.) is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales.

Other Requirements
- This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours may be worked at your discretion.
- Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
- Join Rogers as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant and help existing Small-Medium Business customers upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services You’ll engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
- Base pay + commission : Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance

- This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8 : 00 AM and 5 : 00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
