As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our business, engaging with customers face-to-face and building trust by offering personalized, thoughtful service. Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential customers through provided qualified leads, while actively identifying new sales opportunities within your designated territory, store, and / or list of referrals.
  • Apply effective listening and strong interpersonal skills to carefully identify and understand the needs of each customer.
  • Present and sell a variety of Rogers products, including Wireless, Cable, High-Speed Internet, and Home Phone services, directly to customers.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships, offering expert guidance and ensuring their post-purchase needs are fully met.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times, participate in special events, execute promotional activities, and diligently follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Maintain the highest standards of integrity, customer service, and safety, ensuring all interactions align with our Code of Conduct.
