• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations.
• Expert level HubSpot experience (3+ years as a Super Admin).
• Strong command of data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HubSpot Super Admin, build and maintain workflows and dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable integrations.
• Design and maintain dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership.
• Establish best practices for data entry, management, and validation.
• Manage and coach a small, multidisciplinary team.
