In this role, the RTW Specialist will report to the Human Resources Director and will be the primary company liaison for employees on medical leave, ensuring a smooth and safe return‑to‑work process while driving continuous improvement in disability management programs, with a strategic focus to reduce recordable and lost‑time incidents.
