Overview

Canna Cabana is actively seeking Part-Time Shift Leaders who are knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and mature individuals interested in joining our team. Join us and become an important part of a company where the sky is the limit.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to store management in supervising and facilitating the daily operations of the store
• Oversee the responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence
• Assist in key personnel management during shifts and resolve customer service issues as needed
• Provide guidance and instructions to store associates
• Maintain store conditions to established standards
• Assist in staffing levels when requested
• Lead sales and customer service efforts in the absence of SM/ASM
• Greet and assist customers professionally
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legislation
• Handle customer complaints appropriately
• Ensure health, safety, and security standards are met
• Achieve sales targets and store KPIs
• Support inventory management and processes
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

• Must have or quickly obtain CannaSell SK certification before starting
• High school diploma and college/vocational training required
• Provide a clean Criminal Background Check before starting
• Demonstrated sales and service skills
• Minimum 2 years retail experience, cannabis experience preferred
• Strong time management and staff training skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Basic office skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Customer service and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of health and safety legislation
• Professional and positive attitude
