Qualifications

• Must be able to start work at 5am.
• Full‐Time role with availability 7 days a week.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a merchandising or operations role.
• Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of activities to support strategic priorities.
• Coach and provide feedback to CERs for operational excellence.
• Open and close store and manage sales floor.
